オンタリオ・バーチャル・スクール（OVS）は、日本の生徒がカナダ（オンタリオ州）の高校卒業資格を取得可能にするカナダの学校です。
オンタリオ・バーチャル・スクール（OVS）は、2010年に設立された
オンライン学習に特化したカナダ・オンタリオ州教育省認定の学校
です。OVSは、100名以上のオンタリオ州政府公認教師、168 以上のコースを有し、世界各国に 25,000 名以上の
生徒がいます。また、カナダ、イギリス、アメリカ、オーストラリア、ヨーロッパ各地の大学への合格率
98％を誇っています。
このプログラムは、好きな時間に自分のペースで受講でき、何度でもレッスン（授業）を見ることができます。学生からの質問に関しては、OVSの教師が、連絡を受けてから24時間以内*に回答します。

Introducing Ontario Virtual School (OVS):
Ontario Virtual School (OVS) enables Japanese students to earn a Canadian (Province of Ontario) high school graduation diploma.
Ontario Virtual School (OVS) is a Canadian Province of Ontario Ministry of Education certified school specializing in online learning since 2010. OVS has 100+ Ontario government certified teachers, 168+ courses, and 25,000+ students around the world. OVS has a 98% success rate of university admissions to universities in Canada, UK, USA, Australia, and throughout Europe.
The courses are offered in asynchronous lessons so that students can take the lessons at their choice of times, their own pace, and they can watch the lesson as many times as they want. The OVS teachers are available to answer questions within 24 hours* of being contacted.
OVS has established an office in Japan to provide support to students in Japan. They will, in Japanese or in English, help with university planning, course selection, registration, and in-person tutoring for English language and/or academic support.

HOW TO OBTAIN A DOUBLE DIPLOMA WITH OVS
OVS Japan is able to help assess a student’s completed (or expected completion of) Japanese courses to obtain equivalency course credits towards the Canadian (Ontario) diploma. The student can obtain upwards of 23 credits from Japanese courses of the 30 credits necessary for the Canadian (Ontario) diploma. This means the Japanese student will most likely only require 7 Ontario courses taken between grade 9/10 and grade 12, along with the Japanese courses at the Japanese school, for the double diplomas.
Therefore, the student can graduate from the Japanese school with a Japanese diploma and also graduate from OVS with a Canadian diploma — hence, a Double Diploma system.
A student in Japan can begin taking Canadian courses at any time of the year starting in grade 9 or 10. (It is possible to start in grade 11 but with a heavier workload.) The student will attend the Japanese school and take the OVS lessons after school, weekends, and/or holidays. We can plan a programming that is best suited to each student and family.
